Located in Thompson's Station, Tennessee, the Dont'a Hightower Foundation strives to create a positive, inclusive environment where young athletes not only hone their athletic abilities but also cultivate leadership, discipline, and teamwork that extend far beyond the field. Our vision is to foster a community of resilience and character, equipping young people with the tools to succeed in both sports and life.
OUR GOALS
To offer quality football, flag football, and other related sports camps to youth in Thompson Station, giving them opportunities to learn the sport, develop teamwork, and stay active.
Access to Youth Sports
To encourage physical fitness, health, and wellness among young people, teaching them the importance of exercise, nutrition, and good habits both on and off the field
Healthy Lifestyle Promotion
Leadership & Development
To help youth develop essential life skills such as discipline, confidence, teamwork, and leadership through sports activities and coaching mentorship.
Community Engagement
To strengthen the local community by creating partnerships with local businesses, volunteers, and organizations to support the program financially and in-kind (e.g., sports equipment, field space, etc.)
Safe Spaces for Youth
To provide a safe, structured, and supervised environment for youth during the summer months, keeping them engaged in positive, constructive activities.
